you've got to be kidding me

I'm waiting at the light... I'm in a hurry... I'm behind this Pacifica... and I notice the license plate. Uhhhh... he's going the same way I'm going... I'll be stuck behind him...
2 MPH....... that HAS to be a joke, right?
