This isn't about sex in the park. No, I'm talking about the Palm Tungsten E2 I recently purchased.
I had been using the Palm Vx I bought off ebay a few months ago, and becoming increasingly frustrated with it's severe digitizer problems. It would gradually register my pen strokes further and further from where they really were, until it would no longer register any pen stroke at all without a reset. Grrrr.
So I debated long and hard and finally decided to buy a Palm Tungsten E2. It's an acceptable and affordable replacement for my Vx; having Bluetooth as it's one cool little feature. I tried out the E2 for a while and was reasonably happy with it. I surfed the net using bluetooth to my phone a few times and that was pretty cool.
THEN Palm decided to release the Palm T|X. And not only do they release this awesome new model just after I bought an E2, but they price it at $299! ...drool... full height screen, with portrait and landscape modes ...drool... more memory ...drool... bluetooth AND WIFI -- WHICH EVEN SUPPORTS WPA! This is just the kind of thing I've been waiting for Palm to make... this is my next PDA! Only problem is, I already have an E2. Well, had an E2. I just sold the E-2 on E-bay (how fitting!) and am now preparing to purchase a Palm T|X in the very near future. Hurray!
