simon bar, report #2

Hey, Simon here, I would like to report a problem with my email. besides the fact there is dirt stuck on my inbox, i can't seem to get through to my friend. The messages keep coming back as error. I got to thinking, he lives quite aways away, does that mean he is long-distance? Do I have to put a '1' before his email address? And how much is this going to cost me, anyhow?
